The Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University Sukkur organized a workshop “Shoulder Joint Dysfunctions” for the academic year Spring/Fall 2022 under the Department of Human & Rehabilitation Sciences, on 25th March, 2022. The purpose of this workshop was to address Adhesive Capsulitis; commonly known as frozen shoulder condition, and to provide awareness on the role of Physical Therapy. The workshop was divided into 4 segments starting with a) basic anatomy and biomechanics of shoulder joint, b) the pathophysiology of adhesive capsulitis, c) complete subjective and physical assessment of the patient with differential diagnosis followed by physical therapy management and d) hands on practice. The workshop was organized under the supervision of Chairperson Department of Human & Rehabilitation Sciences, Associate Prof. Dr. Saifullah Bullo and the team of experts Dr. Mohammad khan Bugti, Dr. Shahzeb Muneer Bhatti, Dr. Nabiha Arain and Dr. Aisha Suleman.
