Major Learning Theories of Educational Psychology: Developments and Implications.

The Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University Sukkur a guest speaker session for batch of BS Education and B.Ed for a greater understanding of Educational Psychology.

Guest Speaker, Dr. Rifat Abbas Khan (Ph.D. in Educational Studies ~ France and Assistant Professor at Sukkur IBA University) was invited to discuss “Major Learning Theories of Educational Psychology: Developments and Implications”.

Dr. Rifat explained the developments in educational psychology since its inception and illustrated the implications of learning theories with real-life classroom examples. He also emphasized the importance of learning theories for prospective teachers to make a conducive learning environment.

The guest speaker session was organized by the Faculty of Education, Linguistics & Sciences (FELS) under the guidance of Dr. Asad Abbas Rizvi (Incharge FELS and Chairperson DoE).

The session was graced with the presence of Worthy Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Shahzad Nasim and other faculty members. VC BNBWU Sukkur, expressed his gratitude and presented the shield of appreciation to the guest speaker.

The Worthy Vice-Chancellor ensured his support to the Department of Education to organize such sessions in the future to strengthen the quality of teacher education and inspire the young minds to contribute positively in the field of education.
