Biography

Mr. Farrukh Aziz is serving as a Lecturer Pakistan Studies at Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University. He earned his bachelor's with majors in history and geography and Master of Arts degree in Political Science from Punjab University, Lahore. He did his post-graduation from National Institute of Pakistan Studies, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad.
Mr. Farrukh Aziz is a committed researcher having eight research papers published in the internationally recognized, renowned research journals. Three of his research articles have been published in a journal listed in Cabell’s Directory of America (Indexed in ULRICH). He has a large number of non-research publications to his credit. He has written extensively in different magazines and newspapers of the country. Mr. Farrukh has recently published his book entitled as "Dream to Disillusionment".
Mr. Aziz's area of expertise is Postcolonialism, Internal Colonialism, Postmodernism Critical Theory, philosophical conceptions of power, Western and Muslim Political Theory, and Comparative Politics. He studies the dynamics of post-coloniality in Sindhi Literature, and is specifically interested in poetic genres of disillusionment penned in postcolonial Sindh.
Mr. Farrukh's academic profile is not without laurels - first position in B.A annual exam of Punjab University all over Islamabad, position in M.Phil, publication of a book at a young age, and publishing over 40 articles. He has also been published in the Indian newspapers.
