Who can Apply?

We’re looking for passionate, dedicated students who are ready to represent BNBWU on the global stage.

Academic Requirements:

  1. Currently enrolled undergraduate students at BNBWU
  2. Must be in 4th or 5th semester (All Programs) and 6th and 7th semester (DPT Program)
  3. Strong academic record (CGPA of 3.7 or higher preferred)
  4. Good standing with no disciplinary issues

Personal Requirements:

  1. Valid passport (or willingness to obtain one)
  2. Demonstrated commitment to cross-cultural learning
  3. Strong communication skills
  4. Ability to adapt to new environments
  5. Willingness to travel and live abroad

Official transcript showing all completed coursework and current CGPA. Must be attested by the university.

3. Valid Passport Copy (Can be submitted later)
Clear, legible copy of all pages of your current passport. If you don’t have a passport, you may apply and obtain one if selected.

4. Statement of Purpose
– A compelling essay (500-750 words) explaining:
– Your motivation for participating in the program
– How this experience aligns with your academic and career goals
– What you hope to contribute to the host institution
– How you plan to bring your learnings back to BNBWU

The program is for one complete semester (approximately 4-5 months).

2. Will I graduate on time?
Yes! You’ll return to BNBWU after one semester abroad and continue your studies. Credits earned abroad will be transferred to ensure you stay on track for graduation.

3. Will I receive academic credit?
Yes, credits earned at partner institutions during your semester abroad will be transferred back to BNBWU according to university policy and credit transfer agreements.

4. What are the costs involved?
Details about program fees, scholarships, and financial support will be provided to selected candidates.

5. Can I choose which university I attend?
Placement at partner institutions is based on your academic profile, program requirements, and availability.

6. What happens when I return to BNBWU?
You’ll seamlessly continue your studies at BNBWU. Your exchange experience will be recognized on your transcript, and you can share your learning with the BNBWU community.

7. What support will I receive abroad?
You’ll have access to academic advisors, student services, and the international student office at your host institution, plus ongoing support from BNBWU’s Office of International Relations.
