The ongoing vision of Worthy Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Tehmina Nangraj, to align higher education with national development goals has been instrumental in building purposeful collaborations at Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University, Sukkur.

In continuation of this vision, BNBWU signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Commission for Human Development (NCHD), Federal Ministry of Education, Pakistan. The MoU is primarily focused on the national literacy drive under the theme of โ€œEach One Teach One (EOTO)โ€, aiming to engage students and faculty of BNBWU in meaningful initiatives that promote literacy, social responsibility, and human development.

From BNBWU, the ceremony was attended by Dr. Ram Chand, Dean (FELS); Dr. Noor Ahmed Brohi, Director ORIC; and Dr. Nabiha Arain, Manager ORIC.

The NCHD delegation included Mr. Ali Madad Bozdar, Deputy Director Operations; Ms. Shehla Irum, Assistant Director Finance and Administration; and Mr. Umaid Ali Qureshi, Assistant Director Literacy.

Prof. Dr. Tehmina Nangraj, in her remarks, appreciated the collaboration and emphasized that the EOTO initiative will not only contribute to Pakistanโ€™s literacy goals but also provide students of BNBWU with practical exposure, civic engagement, and the opportunity to make a tangible difference in their communities.

The event concluded with the signing of the MoU and exchange of souvenirs, marking the beginning of a joint commitment by BNBWU and NCHD to work together for a literate and empowered Pakistan.
