In continuation of the vision of Prof. Dr. Tehmina Nangraj, Vice Chancellor BNBWU, to promote digital awareness, transparency, and womenโs socio-economic empowerment, The Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University Sukkur (BNBWU), in collaboration with the National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA), Regional Office Sukkur, organized an Awareness Session on the NADRA Pak-ID Mobile Application on 9 January 2026 at the University campus.
The session was designed to sensitize students, faculty, and staff about Pak-ID digital services, with a focus on online account creation, CNIC-related applications, and secure digital identity management. The NADRA team provided a comprehensive overview of the application, including a step-by-step demonstration of online procedures and guidance on resolving common registration and application issues.
An interactive question-and-answer session followed, reflecting active participation and keen interest from attendees. The session significantly contributed to improving understanding of digital identity services, encouraging a self-service digital culture, and strengthening awareness of citizen-centric e-governance initiatives.
The University administration appreciated the collaborative effort and reaffirmed BNBWUโs commitment to organizing such initiatives that enhance digital literacy, civic awareness, and inclusive access to public services.
Such initiatives further reinforce BNBWUโs role as an emblem of socio-economic empowerment of women, fostering informed, digitally empowered, and responsible citizens through meaningful engagement with key public sector institutions.
