Biography

Ms. Sheema Gohar is a Lecturer (BPS-18) in the Department of Education at Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University (BNBWU), Sukkur, Pakistan. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Education at Sukkur IBA University. She completed her MPhil in Education from the Aga Khan University – Institute for Educational Development (AKU-IED), Karachi, and holds a B.Ed. (Hons) from Sukkur IBA University.
Her academic and research interests include educational leadership, teacher professional development, school improvement, educational policy, and leadership during crises. She has served as a Research Assistant on multiple national and international projects in collaboration with AKU-IED, JICA, and Girls Rising. She is actively engaged in teacher training, faculty development, curriculum design, and monitoring and evaluation. She has presented her work at national and international conferences and has published in peer-reviewed journals.
