Biography

Uzma Ali is a dedicated academic and HR professional with diverse experience in Teaching, Administration, and Community Education. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Sukkur IBA University and later earned her MS degree from Sukkur IBA University. She began her professional journey as an Internee at National Bank of Pakistan, where she gained practical exposure to organizational operations. She has also served as an Assistant to the Head of Department, Business Administration, Sukkur IBA University, contributing to academic coordination and departmental management. In addition, she has experience working as a Section Head at SOS Community Schools, where she developed leadership and administrative skills in the education sector. Currently, she is serving as a Lecturer at Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University, Sukkur, where she is actively engaged in teaching and academic development. Her academic interests include Human Resource Management, employee engagement, innovation, and leadership studies.
