The CWERT is a strategic platform designed to support the academic, professional, and personal advancement of women students, graduates, and faculty. Inspired by the forward-looking vision of Prof. Dr. Tehmina Mangan, the Centre integrates six functional arms—Career Counselling Office, Placement Office, Alumni Office, Research & Training Division, Women Empowerment & Leadership Unit, and the Future Success Hub to offer a comprehensive suite of services. These components synergize to provide personalized guidance, professional readiness, research capacity building, and leadership development. CWERT will serve as an institutional catalyst for promoting gender equity, economic empowerment, and scholarly excellence in line with national goals and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 5 (Gender Equality), and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth).
