About Future Success Hub
The Future Success Hub (FSH) at Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University (BNBWU) is a forward-looking initiative under the umbrella of the Centre for Women Empowerment, Research, and Trainings (CWERT). It is designed to empower young women by equipping them with academic, professional, and personal skills for success in a globally competitive environment.
Guided by the visionary leadership of Prof. Dr. Tehmina Mangan, Vice Chancellor BNBWU, the Future Success Hub focuses on preparing students for international academic opportunities, competitive examinations, and career readiness. It is a dedicated platform where women gain confidence, competence, and global exposure to thrive in academia, professional careers, and entrepreneurship.
Objectives
The Future Success Hub works with a holistic vision of student growth and empowerment. Its specific objectives include:
- To provide structured preparation for national and international competitive examinations (IELTS, GRE, FPSC, NTS, SPSC, STS, etc.).
- To enhance career readiness through training in CV writing, cover letters, mock interviews, and workplace professionalism.
- To build global competencies such as intercultural communication, adaptability, and cultural intelligence.
- To support personal branding, digital portfolio development, and employability skills.
- To nurture leadership qualities, confidence, and lifelong learning in women students.
- To serve as a bridge between education and industry by offering mentorship and networking opportunities.

The Future Success Hub (FSH) proudly announces the successful completion of the IELTS Preparation Course 2025, comprising 72 contact hours across all four modules — Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
This skill-focused initiative, conducted under the visionary leadership of Prof. Dr. Tehmina Mangan, reflects BNBWU’s commitment to academic excellence and global readiness.
Students gained practical strategies, language confidence, and exposure to international test standards through expert-led sessions.
