Biography

Ms. Muneeba Mughal is a determined Lecturer English in the Department of Linguistics and Social Sciences at The Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University, Sukkur. She holds an M.Phil. in English Literature from University of Sindh and a BS in English Literature from Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University.
With over five years of teaching experience at reputable institutes, she is dedicated to cultivating critical inquiry, intellectual independence, and inclusive dialogue among her students. Her research interests encompass contemporary literary theory, postcolonial studies, feminist criticism, reader-response theory, dystopian fiction, and science fiction. Her research consistently engages with questions of identity, power, representation, technology, and the evolving relationship between language and society.
She has supervised and co-supervised more than 20 undergraduate Students at BNBWU (2024- 2025). Ms. Mughal has published multiple peer-reviewed research articles in national and international journals and has actively participated in academic conferences across Pakistan. She is also a recipient of the Sindh HEC Indigenous Scholarship for her M.Phil. studies.
