We congratulate Prof. Dr. Tehmina Mangan on her appointment as the Vice-Chancellor of ‘The Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University Sukkur. Prof. Dr. Tehmina Mangan is the ‘First Women Professor’ in the field of Agricultural Economics in Pakistan. She has rich experience in administrative posts which includes initiating new degree programs, conducting action and adoptive research, and establishing collaborations at national/international levels.
