Worthy Vice-Chancellor of BNBWU, Prof. Dr. Tehmina Nangraj, graced the “𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧’𝐬 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫’𝐬 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭: 𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩” along with 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐃𝐫 𝐍𝐮𝐬𝐫𝐚𝐭 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐡, 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐫, 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐌𝐨𝐡𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐚 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐫 𝐁𝐡𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐨 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 (𝐒𝐌𝐁𝐁𝐔) 𝐋𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐚𝐧𝐚. Program was hosted by 𝐃𝐫. 𝐙𝐚𝐡𝐢𝐝𝐚 𝐀𝐛𝐫𝐨, Head of Campus, SZABIST Larkana as panelists on December 22, 2023, at SZABIST Larkana Campus. During the session, All the panelists emphasized the unique challenges faced by girls in pursuing education.

Prof. Dr. Tehmina Nangraj stressed the importance of continuous hard work, resilience to overcome hurdles, faith in Allah and maintaining focus on aim of life. She stated that it is her dream to elevate 𝐁𝐍𝐁𝐖𝐔 to world-class standards, empower females through higher education, and instill in them qualities of leadership.

At the end of the session, the panelists were presented with a shield of honor in recognition of their contributions.
