Save Water For The Future Generations

Under the distinguished leadership of Prof. Dr. Tehmina Nangraj, Vice Chancellor, Department of Human and Rehabilitation Sciences BNBWU organised a One-Day Awareness Session and Poster Presentation Competition themed “SAVE WATER FOR THE FUTURE GENERATIONS.” Driven by a commitment to fostering environmental consciousness, the event aimed to enlighten participants about the critical need for water conservation.

The keynote address during the Awareness Session was delivered by esteemed guest speaker, Dr. Rabia Baby, Assistant Professor Sukkur IBA University.

Prof. Dr. Tehmina Nangraj, actively engaged with students at the poster booths. Her personal interaction demonstrated a commitment to fostering a sense of responsibility and awareness among the future leaders. In her concluding remarks, Prof. Dr. Tehmina Mangan underscored the importance of acting as responsible and intelligent stewards of water resources, emphasizing the significance of safeguarding not just our own interests but also those of the future generations.

As a symbolic gesture of appreciation and encouragement, Prof. Dr. Tehmina Nangraj presented a shield to Dr. Rabia Baby, acknowledging her impactful contribution. Furthermore, in recognition of the outstanding efforts of students in the Poster Presentation Competition, Prof. Dr. Tehmina Mangan personally distributed shields to the deserving winners, reinforcing the university’s commitment to recognizing and promoting initiatives for a sustainable future.
