2-Days Dialogue on Promoting Girls’ Education in Sindh

The “2-Days Dialogue on Promoting Girls’ Education in Sindh” was inaugurated by Prof. Dr. Tehmina Nangraj, Vice-Chancellor of The Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University Sukkur, in the presence of a Japanese delegation headed by Mr. Kiyofumi Tanaka, Project Team Leader of the JICA – Japan International Cooperation Agency / GRACE Project.

In her opening remarks, Prof. Dr. Tehmina Nangraj emphasized that education is a powerful tool that empowers individuals to shape their own destinies. She highlighted that BNBWU is dedicated to promoting quality higher education for girls, and through this platform, joint efforts are being made to advance girls’ education in Sindh. Participants from BNBWU, Sukkur IBA University, Habib University Karachi, Agha Khan Univeristy Karachi, and Ziauddin University Karachi took part in the event both in person and online. This dialogue is scheduled to continue for two days.
