4th Board of Studies for the Department of Natural Sciences

Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Tehmina Mangan, Vice Chancellor BNBWU Sukkur, the 4th Board of Studies for the Department of Natural Sciences was convened on 19th March 2024. The meeting was chaired by the Head of the department, Dr. Ram Chand, and attended by esteemed guests including Prof. Dr. Niaz H Ghumro from Sukkur IBA University, Dr. Faheem K Butt from the University of Education, Lahore, and Prof. Rajab Ali Malookani from QUEST, Nawabshah, along with the faculty of the department.

During the meeting, new programs, BS Statistics and BS Mathematics with Machine Learning programs, were approved and recommended in accordance with the new HEC UG Policy 2023. There was a significant demand for statistics in the area among female students, and Machine Learning, being in high demand globally, was recognized for its wide scope.
