6th September Pakistan Defense Day 2024

The Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University Sukkur commemorated Defence Day on September 06, 2024 with great enthusiasm and patriotism. The event included a series of activities such as a painting exhibition, national songs, a quiz competition, and a documentary competition, all aimed at fostering national pride and remembering the sacrifices of our heroes.

The ceremony concluded with Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Tehmina Nangraj distributing certificates among the winners of the competitions.

In her address, Prof. Dr. Tehmina Nangraj emphasized the significance of Defence Day, stating, “This day serves as a powerful reminder of the bravery and resilience of our armed forces. As an academic institution, we must instil in our students a sense of patriotism and commitment to the progress of our nation.”
