Prof. Dr. Tehmina Nangraj Represents Sindh’s Women Universities at FLAME 2025

Prof. Dr. Tehmina Nangraj, Vice Chancellor of BNBWU Sukkur, proudly represented all Women Universities of Sindh at the Faculty Leadership & Management Excellence (FLAME) 2025 Conference organized by NAHE-HEC. As an expert panelist, she shared BNBWU’s impactful experience of executing the first WEMP cohort without any external funding—demonstrating institutional resilience, strategic leadership, and a deep commitment to mentorship.

As an institution founded on the vision of empowering women, BNBWU transformed the Women Empowerment & Mentoring Program (WEMP) into a platform for real growth—fostering confidence, leadership, and communication skills among female administrative staff.

Prof. Dr. Nangraj emphasized the need to institutionalize mentorship with two cohorts annually, integrate it into performance KPIs, and recognize mentors through financial incentives and professional credit. She further highlighted the importance of cross-university mentoring to broaden exposure and collaboration.
