BNBWU Achieve Major Milestone in Digital Transformation with Successful SAP Go-Live

Ceremony Under the visionary leadership of Prof. Dr. Tehmina Nangraj, Vice Chancellor of The Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University (BNBWU), Sukkur, the university continues to make significant strides toward digital transformation and institutional excellence. Her unwavering commitment to integrating innovative technologies in academic and administrative operations has paved the way for enhanced efficiency, transparency, and service delivery across the university.

In line with this forward-looking vision, BNBWU proudly conducted the Go-Live Ceremony, marking the successful implementation of SAP Student Lifecycle Management (SLcM) and SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This achievement represents a landmark step in the university’s journey towards automation and data-driven decision-making.

The following SAP modules have successfully completed the Train-the-Trainer (TTT) program, undergone rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and are now fully operational at BNBWU:

• SLcM FICA (Student Financials)

• HCM (Human Capital Management)

• SCM (Supply Chain Management)

• EAM (Enterprise Asset Management)

• FI (Financial Accounting)

• CO (Controlling)

• FM (Funds Management)

• GM (Grants Management)

This milestone reflects the dedication, collaboration, and tireless efforts of the university’s leadership, project teams, and all stakeholders involved in the successful rollout of the system.
