Guided by the vision of the Worthy Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Tehmina Nangraj, to address significant health-related issues in women and promote a culture of awareness and wellbeing, Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University Sukkur organized an Awareness Session on Breast Cancer in collaboration with Ziauddin University Sukkur.
The session aimed to educate students and faculty about the importance of early detection, timely diagnosis, and prevention of breast cancer. The distinguished speakers from Ziauddin University โ Dr. Baqar, Dr. Usman, and Dr. Ayesha โ shared their valuable knowledge and experiences, enlightening participants on symptoms, risk factors, and the need for regular screening.
Additionally, Dr. Kamil provided a comprehensive overview of Ziauddin Hospital, highlighting its medical services and contributions toward public health and community care.
The insightful session concluded with a vote of thanks and presentation of souvenirs to the esteemed guests in recognition of their contribution.
