Under the visionary leadership of the Worthy Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Tehmina Nangraj, the university organized an Online Awareness Session on โ๐ ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌโ, aimed at preparing students for the evolving global workforce and enabling them to become competent, confident, and career-ready professionals.
The session was conducted by Dr. Ghazala Khan, a UNAPCICT-Certified Trainer with over 15 years of corporate and academic experience, specializing in gender equity, leadership, and future-oriented skills. She shared valuable insights on the competencies required in the 21st century, emphasizing digital literacy, adaptability, creativity, emotional intelligence, and effective communication as essential components of success in both corporate and entrepreneurial domains.
