BNBWU Conducts Orientation and Meeting with Newly Joined Lecturers

Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University Sukkur organised an Orientation Session for newly joined lecturers, aimed at introducing them to the universityโ€™s culture, academic environment, and expectations for professional excellence.

Following the orientation, a special meeting was held under the dynamic and progressive leadership of Prof. Dr. Tehmina Nangraj, Vice Chancellor, BNBWU. The Worthy Vice Chancellor warmly welcomed the new faculty members and shared her transformative vision focused on women empowerment, quality education, academic innovation, and elevating BNBWU to a world-class Higher Education Institution (HEI).

She highlighted that faculty members are the cornerstone of BNBWUโ€™s growth, playing a crucial role in shaping empowered, confident, and socially responsible graduates. The Vice Chancellor emphasized the importance of fostering research culture, promoting community engagement, and ensuring student-centered teaching practices that reflect the Universityโ€™s mission.
