In alignment with the visionary leadership of our Worthy Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Tehmina Nangraj, the Centre for Women Empowerment, Research & Trainings (CWERT) at The Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University Sukkur organised an insightful Awareness Session on Career Exploration and Interest Testing to support students in making informed academic and professional decisions.
The session was facilitated by Dr. Abdul Rahman, Assistant Professor, who guided students through interest-based assessment tools, career pathways, and self-reflection strategies. The interactive discussion enabled participants to understand their strengths, explore suitable career options, and gain clarity about future planning.
This initiative reflects CWERTโs continued commitment to empowering young women with the knowledge, confidence, and direction necessary for their academic and career success.
