Vice Chancellor BNBWU Invited as Guest of Honor at 7th Convocation of SMBBMU Larkana

The 7th Convocation of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Medical University Larkana, was held on Monday, 29th December 2025, and was graced by Mr. Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Chairman, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), as the Chief Guest, in the presence of Syed Murad Ali Shah, Chief Minister Sindh, and Mr. Muhammad Ismail Rahoo, Minister for Universities and Boards, Government of Sindh.

On the occasion, the Worthy Vice Chancellor of Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University (BNBWU), Prof. Dr. Tehmina Mangan, was invited as Guest of Honor, representing BNBWU at the prestigious academic gathering. The ceremony was hosted under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Syed Nusrat Shah, Vice Chancellor, SMBBMU, Larkana, and was attended by senior academicians, university leadership, faculty members, graduating students, and distinguished guests from across the province.

The convocation marked the culmination of academic journeys for graduating students and reaffirmed the shared commitment of public sector universities towards academic standards, professional ethics, and public service. The presence of the Vice Chancellor BNBWU as Guest of Honor reflected the spirit of inter-university collaboration and collegial engagement among higher education institutions in Sindh.
