Biography
Dr. Ghulam Raza Sargani is a distinguished Development Economist and Management Sciences scholar with a Ph.D. in Management Sciences, specializing in Agricultural Economics and Management from School of Economics and Management, Huazhong Agricultural University China. He has completed dual postdoctoral fellowships at leading institutions, where his research focused on digital operation management, e-commerce of Agri-products, agribusiness development, climate change, risk behavior, asset allocation, and entrepreneurship.
Dr. Sargani has authored peer-reviewed research articles published in the Web of Science-indexed journals. His research expertise spans digital operations management, climate-smart agriculture, agri-food supply chain resilience, food security, sustainable entrepreneurship, and rural and regional development.
At BNBWU, Dr. Sargani is committed to fostering research-led teaching and supporting female scholars in developing innovative, sustainable solutions to contemporary managerial and economic challenges. He brings extensive experience in interdisciplinary research collaboration, academic publishing, and international project coordination, aligned with the university’s vision of inclusive education and research excellence
