Biography
I am Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Shah Abdul Latif University (SALU), Khairpur. I earned my M-Phil degree ( MBA-3.5 years) in Human Resource Management from same university ie SALU, Khairpur, securing second position in my cohort, and completed my bachelor's degree at the University of Sindh, Jamshoro. With over six years of teaching experience, I am specializes in human resource management and entrepreneurship. My research focuses on contemporary HR practices and entrepreneurship, and I have actively contributed to multiple entrepreneurship projects, fostering start-up ecosystems within academic institutions. I am dedicated to integrating real-world business challenges into my teaching, promoting innovation and practical learning among students.
