Biography
Dr. Naveeda Sangi is an accomplished academic and researcher specializing in Applied Economics, Business Administration, and Social Commerce. She earned her Ph.D. in Applied Economics from the Ocean University of China, where her research examined the role of social commerce in empowering SMEs and accelerating economic growth in Pakistan. Currently serving as Assistant Professor and Provost at Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University, Sukkur, she has also taught as Visiting Faculty at various universities, contributing to undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
Dr. Sangi has extensive experience in designing and delivering academic and professional workshops on research methods, student capacity building, leadership development, and women empowerment. Through these initiatives, she has supported students’ personal and professional growth while fostering critical thinking and innovation. Her professional expertise spans pedagogy, research supervision, curriculum design, and institutional administration.
Her research interests include digital entrepreneurship, SME development, and technology adoption in developing economies, with several international publications to her credit. Recognized for her contributions to mentoring and capacity building, Dr. Sangi continues to advance academic excellence and research innovation while creating inclusive, student-centered learning environments.
