Biography

Dr. Nida Jalbani is an Assistant Professor in Chemistry at The Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University, Sukkur Sindh Pakistan. She has got her basic education from Hyderabad Sindh. She has done her bachelor in organic chemistry, masters in chemistry and PhD in Analytical chemistry from University of Sindh Jamshoro. Dr. Nida Jalbani has more than 08 years of Research and teaching experience. Her research field is separation, adsorption, drug analysis, and synthesis of calix[4]arene and their derivatives. Main research interest is in the area of organic synthesis associated with the preparation of calixarenes and their derivatives. Other major research interests are in the fields of polymer chemistry, analytical chemistry (sampling and analysis) environmental-analytical chemistry, membrane technology.
