Biography

Dr. Noor Ahmed Brohi is an academic, researcher, trainer, motivational speaker, and community engagement professional serving as founding Chairperson, Department of Management Sciences and Technology at Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University, Sukkur. He has also served in important academic leadership positions, including Director HR, Director, Office of Research, Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC), and Director, Centre for Women Empowerment, Research and Trainings (CWERT).
He holds a PhD in Management (Human Resource Management) from Putra Business School, Universiti Putra Malaysia, where he was honored with the Best PhD Student Award. His academic and professional expertise spans human resource management, leadership, organizational behavior, employee psychology, research methodology, and community-based interventions.
Dr. Brohi is widely recognized as a trainer in SmartPLS, PLS-SEM, SEM, and business research methods, and has conducted workshops, trainings, and capacity-building sessions for faculty members, researchers, and students at national and international levels. In addition to his academic role, he is also known as a motivational speaker and youth mentor, actively engaging students and professionals on themes of leadership, personal development, research excellence, and career growth. He has remained closely involved in community services and development-oriented initiatives, working with Rizq Foundation Pakistan, CPDI-USAID, EU-funded projects, and various local and international NGOs. His work reflects a strong commitment to linking academia with community-based impact through collaborative and socially responsive interventions.
Dr. Brohi has authored more than 30 research publications, including journal articles, book chapters, and conference papers. He is currently leading and co-leading multiple funded research projects, including IRC-supported, EU-funded grants and a SHEC-funded research project, reflecting his growing contribution to interdisciplinary research, innovation, and sustainable community development.
